These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of goalsops.com (the "Site") and the products and digital course materials offered by GoalOps ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

2. Products and Digital Access

GoalOps sells digital course materials and goal-setting systems delivered electronically. After a successful purchase, you receive access to the materials associated with your tier. Access is provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless your tier expressly includes team, agency, or client-facing use.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from the materials except as expressly permitted by your tier.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are shown at checkout and are charged as one-time payments unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit quantities at our discretion. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a problem accessing your purchase or believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@goalsops.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our products — including text, frameworks, templates, graphics, and branding — is owned by GoalOps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants access, not ownership.

• Do not share account access or distribute purchased materials beyond the rights granted by your tier.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

Our materials are educational. While our frameworks are designed to improve goal achievement, individual results depend on your effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability
